Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Blindr website or placing an order. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. About Us

Blindr Privacy Films is an Irish-based ecommerce business. Our website is hosted on Shopify. You can contact us at hello@blindr.ie.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Our products are intended for personal use and are sold to customers in Ireland and internationally where shipping is available.

3. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and specifications on our website are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are entirely error-free. If a product you receive is materially different from its description, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly. Colours may vary slightly depending on your device's display settings. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may not represent exact scale.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order. We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards and any other payment methods offered at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order. If a pricing error occurs on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders and Contract

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract between you and Blindr is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is out of stock, where we suspect fraudulent activity, or where a pricing error has occurred. In such cases a full refund will be issued promptly.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only — we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if it has arrived damaged. 7. Returns and Refunds

Our Returns and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service. Please refer to that policy for full details of your rights and obligations regarding returns, refunds and exchanges. Your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law are not affected by these terms.

All content on the Blindr website, including text, images, graphics, logos and design, is the property of Blindr Privacy Films and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blindr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
