SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All Blindr orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or Irish public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched, which will include tracking information where available.

Delivery Times

We currently ship to Ireland and internationally. Maximum delivery times from the date of dispatch are as follows:

Ireland: up to 5 business days
United Kingdom: up to 5 business days
Rest of Europe: up to 10 business days
Rest of World: up to 15 business days

In the vast majority of cases, orders arrive well within these windows. Under certain circumstances please account for occasional carrier delays, busy periods and customs processing for international orders. If your order has not arrived within the maximum timeframe for your region, please contact us at blindrsupport@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and the total value of your order. You will always see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase — there are no hidden charges added after checkout.

As a general guide, standard shipping to Irish addresses is a flat rate applied at checkout, with free shipping automatically applied to all orders over €40. International shipping rates vary by destination and are displayed at checkout before payment is taken.

From time to time, Blindr may run promotional periods during which shipping costs are reduced or waived entirely, including for international orders. Any such promotions will be clearly advertised on our website and applied automatically at checkout — no discount codes are required unless otherwise stated. Promotional shipping rates apply only for the duration of the relevant sale or promotion and standard rates resume automatically once the promotion ends.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking details to update on the carrier's system. If you have not received tracking information or are having difficulty locating your order, please contact us at blindrsupport@gmail.com and we will assist you.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us at blindrsupport@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing it. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your email. We process and dispatch orders quickly, and we can only guarantee a cancellation and full refund if your order has not yet been dispatched at the time your request is received. If your order has already been dispatched by the time we receive your cancellation request, we are unfortunately unable to intercept it and you will need to wait for it to arrive and then follow our standard returns process. We will always do our best to accommodate cancellation requests received within the 24-hour window, but we cannot guarantee this if the order has already entered the fulfilment process.

Customs and Import Duties

Customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply depending on your country's import regulations. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed at checkout. Blindr has no control over these charges and cannot predict or be held responsible for their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an international order if you have any concerns about potential import costs.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the maximum delivery window for your region, please contact us at blindrsupport@gmail,com. We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier on your behalf. If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer you a full refund or a free replacement at your preference, at no additional cost to you.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please retain all original packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of both the damaged item and the outer packaging.
